Payment City Mondzorg Eindhoven

If your health insurer covers part of your invoice, this will be clearly stated on the invoice. You should pay the remainder to Infomedics. If you have a question about the amount of the cover stated on your invoice, please contact your health insurer. If there is no cover stated on the invoice, please pay everything to Infomedics and then check whether you are still able to submit the invoice to your health insurer.

Infomedics Payment Terms

Infomedics sends and collects invoices for the care you have received at our behest. Infomedics naturally complies with all (privacy) laws and regulations, both the rules that apply to us as a care provider and the rules that apply to Infomedics by law.

What are the main payment terms of your Infomedics invoice?

  • Where possible, Infomedics may claim your invoice for you with your health insurer. Any cover will always be stated on the invoice.
  • Infomedics expects you to pay the invoice by the due date as stated on the invoice.
  • If you have not paid the invoice by the due date, you are in default without further notice of default being required. Obviously, you may have just forgotten. For that reason, you will receive a reminder asking you to pay the invoice within 15 days of receiving it. If payment is not made within this set date, Infomedics will charge interest and debt collection costs.
  • Infomedics may first deduct the debt collection costs from your payment, subsequently the interest charged and finally your original invoice.
  • Please note that if you file a complaint or register with another healthcare provider, your invoice will still have to be paid. Your payment obligation cannot be suspended as a result.
