In general, during a routine check-up, only the examination is performed, and any tartar is removed if necessary. This means that for other treatments, you will need to schedule a follow-up appointment. This approach allows us to plan as efficiently as possible and keep waiting times to a minimum.
If you have an appointment but are unexpectedly unable to attend, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel the appointment in time, we will unfortunately have to charge for the reserved chair time.
When it’s time for your semi-annual check-up, we will send you a notification by mail or email. You can also make a new check-up appointment at the reception.
We would love to hear about your experience with our practice. Your feedback is very valuable to us as it helps us improve our care and service. If you have any suggestions or compliments, please let us know.
Despite the efforts of our staff, there may be times when you are not satisfied with the treatment at our practice. Please let us know and request a clarifying discussion. We are happy to explain why certain decisions were made.
If you are still not satisfied, you can seek advice from the Dental Information Point (TIP), established by our professional organization, KNMT. If this does not provide a satisfactory solution, you can use the KNMT complaints procedure, to which we are affiliated.
